Charlie's Service is like a family and you all show pride in your work and service. Our moterhome is an important part of our life now that we live in it and we have to trust the people who work on it. We also have to be able to have the work done promptly and not be inconvenienced with moving out while the work is being completed. We have been using Charlie's Service exclusively since spring of 2004 after Charlie came to our rescue at a rally in Salem, OR. Because of Charlie's great work, honesty and fair prices we would not think of taking our 2004 Alfa anywhere else. We have made several additions to better the Alfa at Charlie's recommendation and all have been fair priced and work guaranteed. We keep a supply of Charlie's Business Cards and pass them out to any Alfa Owner that has not used Charlie's before, because we know that they will be pleased with the Friendly Staff and service. In our travels we have come across many Alfa Owners who have used Charlie's Service and all have been well pleased.

On our way East in our new Seeya we had our slide motor go out in Ogden, Utah on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning we called Charlie and he came out to the RV park and pulled the motor. He had it out by 10 am, called the factory and had a new motor shipped out by next day air. Tuesday morning at 11 am he had the new motor in and the slide working. He did it in 25 hours start to finish!!! Charlie works on each coach as it were his own. The quality of work is top notch and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is done correctly. He turned a major problem into a minor inconvenience.

Dear Vicki & Charlie, We have just finished having service on our new 2006 Alfa SeeYa. Would like to let you know how much we appreciate your friendliness and service at your location. You go above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied from having facilities for us to stay right at your shop, w/elec., water, etc. Making us feel more like friends than customers. This is our third time we have come her for both warranty work and items we just "needed". Considering we live in north Idaho it is well worth the 800 mile trip to have Charlie & Gilbert work on our coach. We know with certainty that any work done is done right the first time. We will be back in June with a new "wish list". If you have anyone who would like to talk to us personally for a reference, please feel free to give them our phone number. I met Charlie and Vicki DuBose, the owners of Charlie’s Service, in May of 2004 at an RV rally. They have serviced my coach on several occasions since that time and I regularly schedule my services and repairs at their place of business. They also offer a full line of automotive services so they are able to take care of all our tow vehicle service needs. I have personally seen them provide assistance to RV owners at rallies and they go out of their way, to help in any way that they can, to ensure that problems are taken care of properly. I have seen them while traveling on vacation, handle calls and talk with customers to help identify and resolve problems. They have a well earned reputation of providing outstanding service at a fair price. They are truly two of the nicest people you will ever meet. There is nothing better than having a motorhome owner who is in the service business. It definitely restores a person’s confidence in the true meaning of “Service Center.”

Charlie is a mechanic's mechanic, is very knowledgeable about RV's and knows the Alfa product well. Vicki works extremely well with vendors and insurance companies. Not only are you warm, caring individuals but you run a top-notch service center. You are willing to address any problem with our coaches, not matter how small. You take care of esthetic things that women are concerned about, in addition to the big things that really matter. You did such a fabulous job putting in our big screen TV. No one else had been willing to attempt it. We've been there when you'd helped people who came in with a problem and no appointment and got them back on the road again. You guys go above and beyond, doing first class work on our coaches. You exemplify the true meaning of ALFA- a loving family affair. Keep up the good work!!

I'm sure that there are Alfa owners that have got the run around when it goes to getting your rig repaired.
