Super quick emissions and car registration, Staff was friendly and super helpful.

I was having problems with my gear shift getting stuck in park. Charlie’s got us in the same morning we called and explained what was happening. They have us a reasonable quote for a diagnostic test over the phone. When I got there, they got to work right away and had the problem figured out, fixed and tested in just under two hours. My total for fixing the problem was very reasonable, especially considering I no longer have to worry about getting stranded at the store with 4 kids :) I also brought my baby along and when I needed a place to change him, the receptionist was quick to accommodate us. They also had snacks and a place for toddlers to color (which is great if you have to wait there like I did). My car has a few other minor issues that we will fix eventually and Charlie’s will definitely be our first choice to take our vehicles into!

Work on service is early, connecting and reminders and staying open later to cover my schedule to pick up vehicle after repair. Thank you.
