GREAT SHOP, I have had my RV to several shops and none of them could fix my gen set, i was told by the last place I had it that I needed a whole new gen set. The unit only had 60 hours on it. took it in for the gen set problem and aked for a safety and service while it was there, they called back after diag time and all the gen set needed was a voltage regulator. they also took the time to look the whole coach over and found some additional items I didn't even know I needed. way easier to fix them now then when on the road in the middle of nowhere. Thank you Jason and Amanda, I will definatly send all of my friends and family your way with thier motorhomes.

I took my Nissan Armada in to have emissions testing done and they couldn’t get it to run because of the check engine light. They originally quoted $1,300 to fix it, but their technician was able to do a engine clean out for $120! They do great work! Took my Jeep in to have the exhaust fixed for emissions testing and along with fixing the exhaust, they did the emissions testing for free! I have used Charlie's for a couple different vehicles and they have always done good work!

Good service on my RV. Compaired prices with other RV repair places and they seem like good prices. I have other work to be done and will find out then how good. Update. Had them check out my dash AC. They found the problem, gave me options and repaired as I asked. Price was ok, for RV work and got a warranty on the AC. 😁

The customer service here is Amazing! The lady at the front desk was so willing to see if they could get me in ASAP. I was scared I wouldnt make it home, and she could tell how nervous I was over the phone. Her husband was waiting for me when I arrived and took it back immediately. All the other car places told me they couldn't see me for a day or two and I need to have it looked at right then and there. Charlie's was busy but they took the time to see a complete stranger within minutes. There kindness made me feel a bit less anxious and I'm booking an appointment for them to fix my car in the morning. They didnt pressure me to have it fixed by them. When I told them my husband was a mechanic they even told me that would be awesome because that would save us money. But in talking with my husband we decided that we will give Charlie's a shot. Their customer service was so great that they just got a new customer. Thank you Charlie's for having my best interest and not trying to just scam me. Julia
