William Y On a recent trip our refrigerator would not work on electric. I call and got an appointment and they found the problem, worked with our warranty to get both heating elements replaced (not just the bad one). When the parts came in they worked around our trip plans and we came back for the final repair. Everyone there were sincerely interested in getting us back on the road with as little inconvenience as possible. Their people are all experienced and I was glad I delayed the repairs until I got to there place. Only wished they were closer to home.

I've had them work on a couple of different vehicles and have been happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, this last time was a completely different story. Took my wife's car in for electrical diagnosis, and when we picked it up it wouldn't start. The mechanic who had been diagnosing it and another mechanic came out and had to figure out what wires had been unhooked to even get it to start. After fiddling with it for nearly 15 minutes, they got it to start. Later that evening when i got home, I used the remote to try and lock the car and it was unlocking it. What the hell? So I tried the remote start, and instead of starting it would set of the factory alarm! So I manually locked it and called Charlie's the next morning. They said to bring it back in and they would try to figure it out. I can't say I was to thrilled about the thought of them working on it again after this incident. When I got home, I asked my wife what they had messed with to get it to start. She showed me the passenger side kick panel. I removed the panel and discovered they had literally ripped the trigger wires for the remote start and lock/unlock out of the connectors they were in, then stuffed the wires back into the slots bare and hooked them up wrong. Very unprofessional! I ended up fixing the wires and hooking them up correctly. That could've led to a fire at some point. I won't be taking my vehicles to them or recommending them for anything anymore.

Charlie's has been our mechanic of choice more years than we can remember! We moved out of the area 10 years ago but frequently are back in town. A few of those times one of our family has had vehicle issues. When one of the kids calls his dad to tell him they are having problems, his first question is, "Can you get it over to Charlie's?" They are still great to work with even now!

This is a great service center! I’ve never had any issues with the services they’ve rendered. They’re extremely nice in the office area and quick yet efficient in the garage section. They offer Military discount which I appreciate. My family and I have been using their services for about 8 years now and I don’t see a reason to stop.

We were travelling Phoenix to Alberta, initially called about dash ac on our older CC Magna, first they were kind to squeeze us in on the day we travelled through, a part was required they told me they would order and have on way home. We called thought to be there on a Monday but arrived earlier on Thursday, we let them know Wednesday and they once again squeezed us in so we could get back on road Justin who I found out took over from his dad Charlie is a remarkable technician I am sure his dad is proud from heaven. I observed all employees were happy campers a sign of a well run organization. Best wishes the Callihoo's

I would give them 5 starts if the younger girl up in the front wasn't there. Very rude and unprofessional.
