Mr. Danny Hesler, Warranty Manager Alfa Leisure Dear Danny, Just a short note to tell you that after having so many difficulties with our new Alfa Gold and being turned down by so many dealers because they were so backlogged and couldn't get to us, you had suggested that we try Charlie's Service in Sunset, Utah. Being from Texas and a long way from home we were at the point of trying anything due to the charging problems we were experiencing. We found Charlie's Service and saw a few other Alfa units there and found it to be a nice clean operation. Upon entering the driveway, a big guy met us as we barely pulled in, opened our door and said "Can I help you?" We relayed our problem, he had us pull it to a parking space and immediately starting working on it -- no paperwork, no questions. Later that evening he told us he was unable to finish, but that we could hook up there at his facility, stay the night, and he would continue to work on it the next day. This went on for three days until the problems were repaired. If more repair shops had this work ethic, repair problems would be minimum. By the way the man that met us on the drive and did all the work was Charlie himself.....God Bless Him....

We have had Charlie work on our 03 SeeYa several times and several times more on our 05 Gold. Charlie has added "upgrades" to both of our MH's. He or his crew have fixed numerous warranty items when others have not been able to. Vicki maintains a strong relationship with Alfa and many vendors allowing them to secure needed parts when others are unable and she generally gets the parts quicker than others. We have also had mechanical work, such as M-3 service, generator and annual maintenance completed with satisfaction. Another plus is that they can also complete any needed service to your tow vehicle while your RV is being serviced. Taking your rig into Charlie's, 30 miles North of Salt Lake City is actually a treat. Charlie, Vicki and their staff can't be beat. Easy to find with quick on and off access to I-15, makes it convenient. We recommend Charlie's to everyone we talk with when the subject of RV service is touched upon. Charlie's entire staff is helpful, trust worthy and professional. They have put the word "INTEGRITY" back into a service that we all need. If isn't right, they'll work hard to fix it. They will make sure you are satisfied. You can rest assured of getting quality service at a "fair and reasonable" price. We consider them our friends!

The valued service we receive at Charlie's is beyond exceptional, we make sure our trips include a stop in Sunset, Utah to have all our service work done and/or any repairs during our summer travel. Not only is the service great but the friendship is very special.

I am no longer as confident as I was for twenty plus years.

I love Charlie's. Been there three times. 100% satisfied. Anyone done plank Vinyl in their motorhome? Do you put it in with the length of the motorhome or crossways? I was told crossways and it doesn't sound right.

William Y On a recent trip our refrigerator would not work on electric. I call and got an appointment and they found the problem, worked with our warranty to get both heating elements replaced (not just the bad one). When the parts came in they worked around our trip plans and we came back for the final repair. Everyone there were sincerely interested in getting us back on the road with as little inconvenience as possible. Their people are all experienced and I was glad I delayed the repairs until I got to there place. Only wished they were closer to home.

I've had them work on a couple of different vehicles and have been happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, this last time was a completely different story. Took my wife's car in for electrical diagnosis, and when we picked it up it wouldn't start. The mechanic who had been diagnosing it and another mechanic came out and had to figure out what wires had been unhooked to even get it to start. After fiddling with it for nearly 15 minutes, they got it to start. Later that evening when i got home, I used the remote to try and lock the car and it was unlocking it. What the hell? So I tried the remote start, and instead of starting it would set of the factory alarm! So I manually locked it and called Charlie's the next morning. They said to bring it back in and they would try to figure it out. I can't say I was to thrilled about the thought of them working on it again after this incident. When I got home, I asked my wife what they had messed with to get it to start. She showed me the passenger side kick panel. I removed the panel and discovered they had literally ripped the trigger wires for the remote start and lock/unlock out of the connectors they were in, then stuffed the wires back into the slots bare and hooked them up wrong. Very unprofessional! I ended up fixing the wires and hooking them up correctly. That could've led to a fire at some point. I won't be taking my vehicles to them or recommending them for anything anymore.
