Due to sever medical issues requiring a 7 day hospital stay and transportation by ambulance our stay was extended beyond expectations. Justin, Amanda, and Roberto called to check up on the progress and were very accommodating through a very difficult time. These guys were so great to me! Brought my car here after jiffy lube failed my car’s emissions test... Charlie’s explained everything and made me confident they weren’t taking advantage of me. They ran my emissions test and everything came back fine! I was so happy to hear that Jiffy Lube was just making stuff up and My car emissions were fine. They even helped me locate a future problem my car could have and gave me and estimate so I know how much I should save up for to stay on top of things. I am so glad this place was recommended to me! I will be coming back here for all my cars needs!

While travelling from our home in San Diego to Yellowstone our motorhome required "emergency" service for a rooftop refrigerator vent cover that blew off on our way north. Charlie's staff was incredibly understanding, and expedited the delivery and installation of the new vent cover. In addition, they discovered that the motorhome also was in need of new anti-sway bars. The installation of these sway bars made a huge difference in the motorhome's on-road handling. I was so impressed with Charlie's that I made an appointment for additional service on our way back home to San Diego later next month!

They welded on a new muffler to an old truck. Great price and they gave me the option for different qualities in mufflers to install. New pressure sales and good work in a fast amount of time. Thank you for running an honest repair business with good quality work!

Unbelievable Customer Service. I called Justin at 5:45 pm yesterday with a problem with my Trailer and that I was planning to go out of town today. He said bring it in first thing in the morning and he would look at it. Arrived at his shop at 7:30 and he had it fixed by 8:15. He saved my Family's Holiday Weekend. I am a Customer for Life!!!
