Sunset Auto and RV Repair

I called for a simple 10 min repair to a water pipe piece that came apart that just needed to be pushed in and clamped as I'm to weak to do it. They told me A that I'd have to leave rv while they went through it looking for repairs to damage ??? I told them again exactly what I needed and shouldn't have to leave RV for them to "inspect" it. Was told this is the way they do things and B That they were too busy to even fit me until 45 days out ???

On our trip end of July, We had a problem with our main slide on our Alfa motorhome. It would only extend out about half way. Charlie's was an approved facility for warranty work, so we called them Monday morning from an RV park in N Salt Lake to see if they could take a look at it. They were all booked up, but as we were on our way to upstate NY from California, they said to come on in and they would look at it. They diagnosed the problems, dealt with the warranty company, and got everything repaired. We were there for 10 days [waiting on parts] and they got us worked in to their schedule. We also had non warranty work done. The entire time there, we were treated like our business really mattered to them. They did their best to get us on our way as soon as possible. They have full hookups at their facility for which we were not charged. If you need your motorhome repaired, Charlie's is the place to go.

Charlies has always taken great care of the vehicles we take in. They are prompt and have a fair price.
