I'm so impressed with Charlie's. They were able to get my husband's car in quickly and kept us up to date on the repair. They gave me a price... to the penny... before they even started. Their shop is clean, they are prompt, and they communicate well. They also helped me with my other vehicle even when I just dropped in, & they didn't charge me for that quick visit. Other than the apparently bad day the tech that completed my emissions test was having, the visit was great!! As it has always been. Better day next time hopefully for the tech. Thanks!!!
