I towed my car there because it wouldn't turn over because it was close to where it broke down. They charged me around 150 to hook an obd 2 to it and called that a diagnostic. For those that don't know that's free at your local parts store. It threw a code for a crank shaft position sensor and they said the part was $250. I'd like for anyone to try and find this part on line for more than $100. There isn't one. You can literally find them for $20 easy. Then to wrap this up to instal it they charged another $100. To install this you unplug the old one and plug the new one in. That's it! Anyway, they did fix it. That's not the problem. I'd recommend this place if you have a lot of money you don't know what to spend it on. Otherwise go somewhere else.

I called Charlie's Service Center and asked for a quote to replace my catalytic converter. They quickly gave me a quote and were extremely friendly during the entire process. The quoted price was extremely reasonable!! I was actually surprised when they quoted the price! I set up an appointment time to bring in my vehicle while on the phone. I also got a text reminder the day before and I appreciated that detail. I asked if I could drop off my vehicle a few hours prior to my appointment time and they were very accommodating to that. I also confirmed if it would be ok for my wife to pay and pick up when the repairs were finished since I would be at work. They were extremely understanding and helpful. They also made sure to quote me a time for when they estimated the repairs would be finished. They stuck to that time and got us back into our vehicle the same day! I was blown away at how good they were with customer service. All the reviews definitely don't lie. They are the place I will be bringing my vehicles too going forward! Charlie’s is amazing! They give constant updates so no surprises, do quality work at fair prices. Office staff, especially Hannah are so awesome!
