Had a brake controller that wasn’t functioning. The service mechanic took the time to tell me the workings of it and put everything in working order. Was very happy for the information and operation of my controller.

Jeff and the crew at Charlie's were so great at diagnosing what was wrong with my car, laying out best and worst case scenarios (had a cracked exhaust manifold that needed to be replaced), and kept me up to speed with each step and when there was further issues. Fast services and did not make me feel like they were "finding issues". Thank you guys!! You were a big help!
