Charlie's is absolutely amazing! I had been going to DIFFERENT local shop for many years.... but then started to have issues with the quality of the repairs. So I decided to change up to Charlie's. I cannot tell you how great they are.... they are amazing. The front office, especially Hannah is fantastic. They call you every step of the way... give you constant updates, make the repairs correctly the first time. They have earned a new customer. Going to Charlies was best decision I have made involving cars ever!

I initially left a bad review for service done on my furnace. I am now updating that to a very positive review. It turns out they did fix the furnace by replacing a circuit card but the circuit card had failed again by the time I got it home and tried it out. Now they have found the root cause and replaced the circuit card again and fixed the contributing problem. Justin wouldn't let me pay him until we are sure the system works on a campout. They even came to our house to finish this since we were without a tow vehicle for a few months.
