So far absolutely horrible! Have invested 3000 into a vehicle that has spent more time at Charlie's than driving.
Super helpful and great service! I always go to Charlies for any auto or TV service is need and send all my friends and family there for any service needed.
they changed my muffler and then burned up my forward clutch in the transmission, in my explorer, while doing emissions and refused to fix it.

My Uncle called and told me my niece was broke down in Clearfield so I went out and looked her car over. Couldn't find anything obvious so they had AAA tow it. My uncle asked if I knew of any shops in the area that were decent. I told him I have heard nothing but good things about Charlies so he agreed to have it towed there. Charlies got it at about 4:15 PM on a Friday afternoon. They got her back on the road within the hour and only charged $45.00 to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Couldn't be happier that they were able to get her back on the road so close to quitting time on a Friday afternoon. It's too bad that more people don't comment on Charlies exceptional service.
