They quoted me $900.00 for a fix the dealer charged $100.00. For a previous visit they claimed they fixed a problem on my car but it wouldn't even run. They replaced the alternator on my friend's truck with in a week it went out and they wouldn't guarantee the work. We ended up replacing it ourselves in the parking lot of a Auto Zone. Absolutely horrible service!!!!! Would never recommend this shop to anyone!
They get the job done!!! First rate customer service and motor home repair. Travelling through and needed some immediate repairs. Justin and crew drove us in off the road, hooked us up to power for comfort while they were doing our repairs and got us back on the road within a few hours.
I will only go to Charlie's to have them work on my vehicles. Justin, amanda and Sheila( sorry if i spelled it wrong) are the nicest people and they know you by name when you go in. They let me bring my own parts in and install them for amazing prices. Never been let down by them. Keep it up guys

Fantastic customer service and great price! One stop shop for all my chassis and coach needs and repairs on my Class A motor-home. Charlie's get the job done very quickly and they're very flexible with my schedule. I've been to many other other competitors in the Salt Lake City area and I can say unequivocally that Charlie's is the place to go for all your RV and automotive needs...it's the only place I'll go!!!
We have taken our motorhome to Charlie's on many occasions. They have always been able to troubleshoot the problems and repair it in a very timely manner. When the parts are still under warranty, they take the time to make sure we get the appropriate credits. The fees they charge are very reasonable and they are professional and fast. We recommend them to all of our friends and work associates.
The very best kind of people! Known them for almost 25 years, I would never take my vehicle any where else, except my own garage.
