I wrote a previous review relating that I didn't have a good experience when I went to pick up my RV. The very same day I received a message from Justin, the owner, apologizing for the mistake and taking full responsibility. It was clear that the integrity of Charlie's Service was paramount to him and that he wanted to be sure that I knew that my experience was NOT the norm. I later met with him personally, and I am now convinced that Charlie's Service is the right place to take "Harvey the RV" for service in the future. Justin's sincerity, the quality of the repair work and their commitment to complete the work in a very short time frame assure me that integrity and customer satisfaction are hallmarks of this business.
