A very good friend recommended Charlie's to me. He knows how I feel about honesty and integrity. If you lie to me, I may not say anything but I won't be back. What I appreciated most was how courteous they were to me. I spoke with 3 different males and 1 females before I got my car in. All of them were polite and listened. My car is beat up it is that simple. Yet they treated me as if I was driving a Cadillac. They talked to me not down to me. These people still believe in doing a job well done regardless of year,make,and model of your vehicle. Thank you.

Excellent service all around. "Technician #10" (No name was givin on receipt) was a really great guy and was really helpful when installing my muffler and exhaust tip. Would definitely reccomend for anyone who needs exhaust work done to their rig!

Great service and professional care of my RV!!

I called, talked with Jeff. Made my appt, I got an email first with what the mechanic found, there were photos in the email, helped me see the severity of my problem. I was then called by Jeff and we discussed my repairs to be done and was given an estimate. Repairs were done and was called by Jeff again letting me know my car was done. Very professional and they work with your needs! Thank you Charlies!
