Hannah and Justin are just the best Had a recently purchased older classic coach in for maintenance and repairs necessary for a trip to the east coast. It needed quite a bit, but the communication was outstanding, pricing was fair and the work was professional. 2,450 miles and four days later, coach performed flawlessly. Don’t give 5 stars very often,but I appreciate the way they check everything out and let me decide if to fix or not.They are just lucky they have Hanna calling to give me all the bad news and cost increases,who could yell at such a sweet young lady.

Always great service at Charlie’s. They came in almost $2k under what other shops quoted and that included changing the fluids in both differentials which wasn’t included in the other shops bid.
