I am blown away by the service here. I brought in a used car I was thinking of purchasing for a pre-purchase inspection and they totally took care of me. I wanted pictures of the undercarriage, so they took pictures and a video and sent them to me and even had me check it out while the car was suspended in the air so I could take my own pictures. They looked up the cost of everything that needed to be fixed on the car so I knew how I would need to fix the car or how much to negotiate off the price of the car. I actually had to go early, so they called me a few minutes after I left to let me know the price on a light that needed to be replaced. Also, I know these guys weren't trying to tell me a million things were wrong with my car so that I would pay them to fix it because they knew I lived far away. So they gave me instructions to pass on to my mechanic. I really felt like these guy inspected this car as if they were thinking of purchasing it themselves. They were thorough, honest, and kindly answered all of my questions. They even encouraged me to ask more questions because this is a big decision and they wanted me to feel good about it. Hands down I would trust these guys and go to them again.

Was in the area Monday and asked for them to fill my tires before I got back on the highway. They had not worked on my car in years and had never worked on this car. Filled my tires and tightened down my rear wiper that I thought was toast. So nice and kind to keep me safe and fix something before trying to replace it.

I had Charlie's service fix the brakes of my 2005 F150 I brought it in in the morning They called me several times throughout the day to let me know the status of how it's going Even stayed later so I could pick it up this evening after I got off work They truly are one of the best shops around I highly recommend them They don't cut corners they replaced all the parts that were needed in a timely manner Thank you Charlie service for a great job

As a motorhome owner, it is often very difficult to find good service for chassis/engine maintenance as well as coach repairs. At Charlie’s, they do both. Their work is top quality and they are extremely friendly and accommodating. They’re fast, efficient and very competitively priced. My wife Kay and I will drive out of our way to have our coach serviced at Charlie’s. They’re the best!

When you go to Charlie’s Service, you’re not just another work ticket; you have become part of their growing “family” of satisfied customers. When we went to their shop, we were made to feel like their “only” customer, and they went above and beyond to accomplish our repairs in a courteous and expeditious manner. We have been using Charlie's Service exclusively since spring of 2004 after Charlie came to our rescue at a rally in Salem, OR. Because of Charlie's great work, honesty and fair prices we would not think of taking our 2004 Alfa anywhere else. We have made several additions to better the Alfa at Charlie's recommendation and all have been fair priced and work guaranteed. We keep a supply of Charlie's Business Cards and pass them out to any Alfa Owner that has not used Charlie's before, because we know that they will be pleased with the Friendly Staff and service. In our travels we have come across many Alfa Owners who have used Charlie's Service and all have been well pleased.

On our way East in our new Seeya we had our slide motor go out in Ogden, Utah on a Sunday afternoon. Monday morning we called Charlie and he came out to the RV park and pulled the motor. He had it out by 10 am, called the factory and had a new motor shipped out by next day air. Tuesday morning at 11 am he had the new motor in and the slide working. He did it in 25 hours start to finish!!! Charlie works on each coach as it were his own. The quality of work is top notch and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is done correctly. He turned a major problem into a minor inconvenience.
