My wife was going to school in Alabama and I requested a pre-trip inspection with Justin, he went through every single system with me and verified everything was working, even identified a small water leak under the sink that leaked down onto the inverter switch panel. He verified all was good with no problems, and sent me on my way a happy camper (humor intended). Next day, I had a generator problem. Despite all of the work he had going on, he still managed to squeeze me in knowing how critical this trip was as it’s a once in a lifetime school my wife was accepted too. Diagnosed a broken generator belt and a loose fuel filter connection, fixed it and I went on my way. These guys went way above and beyond getting the coach fixed and on the road just in time. I will NOT use anyone else to work on the bus. These guys (the whole team) there was absolutely incredible and extremely knowledgeable. Forget Camper World, forget Sierra or Bubba Gumps RV repair, this IS the only place to go for everything you need RV. They have set the standard to which other cannot meet. HIGHY RECOMMENDED!
