They did get us in when we needed it. Would've been stranded otherwise. However, quoted us $200 more than the Chevy dealership for a water pump. Kinda crazy you can go to dealer and get better deal on OEM parts and dealership mechanic work than a local service center.

Charlie's has been great to work with. They stand behind their work and do what they say they are going to do. No surprises.

Very Good Service and customer service

Brought in our Yukon XL to get the air ride suspension fixed so we could tow a trailer on vacation the next day. Charlie’s was able to diagnose the issues fast, get approval for the work early and finished the work same day so we could be off on our way. They communicated every step of the way what was happening and when they would be done. Recommend them highly!
