We have used Charlie’s for years with zero complaints and lots of praise. This time was no different. After having our car break down and get towed to a dealership, we got an estimate on the repair (with a lot of other suggestions about so-called necessary repairs to systems that hadn’t been causing us issues) and had the car taken to Charlie’s. Charlie’s confirmed the one issue but also verified that the other repairs weren’t necessary. They did the original repair for about $500 less than the dealership and made sure we were roadtrip ready again! I’ll always use Charlie’s for our auto repairs! They are honest, great at communication, fair-priced, and quick as can be!
