I've taken my car to Charlie's on 2 different occasions and both were great experiences. Every staff member I've interacted with has been amazing! They have great communication every step of the process, and are honest about whats going on and what needs to be done. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

Went to get an estimate for exhaust work. Receptionist was very nice. I was told the "exhaust guy" was out of office and would call back to get the estimate done. Never received a call back. Your loss, went elsewhere.
