Guy didn't even know what he was quoting me for. He just stated $2500. When the dealership quotes a quarter of that price, your prices are off. Had to explain to him 4 different times.

We have always had a great experience work Charlie's. The staff are always knowledgeable, and friendly. They genuinely try to troubleshoot a problem, and will give you an honest answer. They offer advice, but don't try to do a hard upsell of unnecessary services. For our RV this is the place we trust.
