Mechanics diagnosed a condition and actually photographed what they found. Mechanics gave an explanation as to their thoughts on how it malfunctioned and also the best route to correct the malfunction. I have never been given a diagnosis for auto repair by the mechanic actually showing me a picture of the malfunction. I find that practice to be very transparent and rare for a auto repair shop. I was able to make the repair on my own but with their diagnosis it help me to establish my own corrective action.
Excellent service, kept me updated with the status of my coach, ensured the coach was returned based on my need date. Highly recommended.
